High school is arguably the most emotional stage of our lives and for most of us, music played a huge role in helping us cope with these feelings.
Yes, you might have some cringe-worthy songs on your playlist, but shed the shame and turn it up to an 11! Later in the blog post, you’ll get access to my own playlist — and yes, there are definitely songs on there that make me groan “whyyy did I like this song?!”
Today’s goal is to just let loose and have fun. Working on our mental health often requires a lot of strenuous emotional energy and so sometimes, we just gotta take a break from that. Enjoy the moment and enjoy the nostalgic memories!
